The National Roof Deck Contractors Association represents contractors who install engineered roof deck substrates that provide structural support and insulation to roofing system applications. The Association has been supporting the industry for over 50 years. The member contractors install both poured-in-place insulating concrete systems as well as rigid structural deck systems. System manufacturers approve the member contractors to install these systems by virtue of their training and years of experience.

NRDCA Educational Conference Program and Registration

The NRDCA Education Conference program and registration materials are available.  The program this year focuses on a 2010 market update, why customers use “Engineered Roof Deck Systems”, training on use of the association’s AIA program and the management issues of DOT regulations and Arbitration. During the three days are committee meetings, a golf tournament, tours and time where one on one meetings between conference participants can occur. This year we will also be inducting our first Honorary members into the association during our Thursday night awards banquet.

Lightweight Concrete Solutions (LCS) located in Port St. Lucie, FL is now a member of the NRDCA. LCS is headed by Victor Perez and Carlos de la Paz. Their contact information may be found on the Contractors page of this web site.

Added to the NRDCA web site is a set of comprehensive information on the United States Green Building Council (USGRC) and its LEED® Rating System and how Engineered Roof Deck Systems fit into the LEED point system. The information covers the benefits of building green, the USGBC, the LEED rating system, LEED Construction checklist and points provided by Engineered Roof Deck Systems available in the commercial construction market.
